[WWWOFFLE-Users] wwwoffle header inserted into cached files

In a cached JPG file i find the WWWOFFLE header,

Content-Type: image/jpeg
Connection: close
Proxy-Connection: close

...what does that mean, Connection / Proxy-Connection ?
It also seems there's no header insertion for jss and css files ?
