The only other problem I have run into so far concerns monitored URLs:
E.g., in the lastout index I get

http://localhost:8080/refresh-recurse/?url=http://www.gigamonkeys.com/book/;depth=1;limit=http://www.gigamonkeys.com/;frames=Y
and following that link gives me:
Your request for URL
http://localhost:8080/refresh-recurse/?url=http://www.gigamonkeys.com/book/;depth=1;limit=http://www.gigamonkeys.com/;frames=Y
and the specified links will be fetched recursively as required.
With 2.8b, I still have to use lastout for these URLs (sorting by
domain helps a lot).
