These sites work OK when removing the washed parameters, and don't redirect to a new session ID. I never seen a site which didn't work when removing the session ID. Sometimes I seen a site redirect to a session ID, but usually only on the "front page", not on any sub-pages. And mostly the session ID is only inserted in links. On eBay thi is not a session ID, but something to tell ebay where did you come to the link from, and site works perfectly when you manually remove them each time, and never redirects to those. But the dirty parameters appear all the time in links.
