The AddCacheInfo information *is* configurable.
The HTML that is added is stored in a file that can be edited by the
user. You can change this file to contain anything that you like,
reorder the items or remove the delete option.
In a default installation the file to edit will be in
/var/spool/wwwoffle/html/messages/<LANGUAGE>/messages/AddCacheInfo.html
where <LANGUAGE> should be replaced by your language of choice from
the selection that is available (you need to choose the language that
matches the one that your browser is configured to ask for).
