OK, but then there is no workaround available via wwwoffle.conf. Need court order to ISP to check their caller ID records, if any, of what telephone number was using that IP address at that time, then another court order to the phone company, to see whose phone number it was, or maybe I was on a pay phone, or wifi or at a conference... anywhere other than permanent IP that one can just do whois upon.
