Just a note: I've just recompiled wxLua from updated CVS sources, and
this change was not yet there. In fact, 'wxluasetup.h' is still being
installed at 'src/wxbind/setup/' (and this was fixed a week ago,
perhaps). Does the SourgeForge CVS take so much time to make the
updates available or I am doing something wrong here?
