Are there some instructions on how to add a new page to this Wiki?
It's a reg'lar ol' MediaWiki; just put in the page title you want after index.php/ in the URL. Alternatively you can create an internal link to it on another page like your user page, which'll do the same thing: take you do a non-extant page you can then edit. The latter might be better if you want unusual characters in the name.
If you mean "rules" about what kind of pages to add and whatnot, I'm not aware of any.
I'd say at the moment it's more important to just get the content up :-) Good on ye for contributing, -- Ryan
