Note (probably harmless): No library found for wxmsw28u_core.lib
do not look good, however the immediate problem is that xspp has been
installed outside the path (maybe in site_perl/bin?).
The problem with XSpp not being found should be fixed with wxPerl
0.93 (just uploaded to CPAN).
