   Committed; I'll make a development release this evening.

   The funny thing is that the current code to create the wxPerl 
executable comes from the Apple patch to wxPerl when it was included in 
Tiger; I wish they used this solution instead.

   Not a problem, since wxWidgets does not support 10.2 since some time.
