I suspect the silence is because people are waiting for you to do a little of your own very basic searching.
1) Are there wx libs for Honeycomb? (http://wxwidgets.org/) 2) Is there Perl for Honeycomb? 3) Is there a C++ build environment for Honeycomb? You might want to start by answering those questions about the Honeycomb environment first. My two cents.
