Wx::PdfDocument 0.09

Hi,

Following prompting and testing from Steve and a great deal of help from 
the wxPdfDocument author Ulrich Telle, version 0.09 of Wx::PdfDocument 
is released to CPAN.

Major enhancements to the wxPerl wrapper are that the distribution now 
builds wxPdfDocument for you and there are drop in replacements for the 
wxWidgets printing framework that mean you can use any Wx::Printout to 
'print' to a PDF. (For example, Wx::RichTextPrintout and 
Wx::HtmlPrintout). There is a Wx::Demo module with extensive examples 
and even some POD. :-).

There is Wx::PdfPrintPreview, Wx::PdfPrinter and Wx::PdfDC amongst other 
modules.

There were some minor but necessary printing methods missing from Wx so 
Wx::PdfDocument requires the latest Wx 0.9909.
