It really is not supported.
Unfortunately it is not a matter of making a few tweaks.
You would need to look at writing special handling for the cygwin
environment Wx build process, and possibly the Alien::wxWidgets install
process too. This may turn out too be quite a simple exercise, or it may
not. I have not looked into it too deeply.
