81.173.110.10 wiki.wxperl.info
to
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
Create the file if it does not exist. Mine now contains:
127.0.0.1 localhost
81.173.110.10 wiki.wxperl.info
Don't forget to remove 81.173.110.10 wiki.wxperl.info when DNS is
working again.
I never thought I'd edit a Windows hosts file again. :-)
