Hi Johan, Well actually I'm not. I've always installed from scratch. I've taken the Perl that my distribution comes with, at the moment it's Kubuntu 12.04 LTS with 5.14. Maybe I should look into Citrus. Perl for Android requires 5.16, so I thought I'd have a go and see what works. I know that wxWidgets has not been compiled on Android yet, but I thought if I had a go, I could ask stupid questions on the wxWidgets list, which might encourage others to try it out too... Who knows, I'd like to see wxWidgets/Perl/wxPerl move more into Android/iPhone space, and maybe a little effort on my part could help to build some momentum. If anyone is interested I've put what little I've done so far on Linux here: wiki.wxwidgets.org/Android I think probably I'll try to upgrade my Perl on another machine for safety's sake.
