It's true. Maybe it's status could be experimental for now.
On request (by current maintainers) I will promptly
remove it. I've pushed it there because: no-one disagreed with the
previous location @ ecocode on github, and because this can be a good
way for current maintainers to play with github, without having to do
the porting and owners stuff. It's nothing difficult, but at least this
has been done and won't keep them from doing 'important' work;)
Would it be possible for there to be a small repository 'tree'? It might
look something like this:
Github experimental main (wxPerl owned by Erik today):
=>Erik's personal eco-clone for Erik's personal changes;
=>SVN official clone for 2-hour sweep to control any changes passed on up;
=>Steve's personal clone for playing with and tests;
=>Anyone else.
.
.
And then today Erik would pass changes up, but anyone could create their
own branch and as they became known and trusted, they could become a
maintainer (with whatever controls need to be in place).
I am about to start playing.
