I use now the following XQuartz settings:
+ I have deactivated the function „Follow System Keyboard Layout“
+ After I have launched xfce4-session, I have opened the setting keyboard 
layout panel and selected the keyboard model „Apple Aluminium Keyboard (ISO)“ 
and my keyboard layout.

Now it works for me
