So you moved Command to mod1, mod2 is Mode_switch (in some sense this swaps Option and Command, if you have "sends Alt_L/Alt_R" unchecked; I thinkoed earlier, alt/option is normally mod1 not mod5). It may however confuse programs expecting to use Mode_switch for international character entry.
