Hi, From El Capitan, Winteracter dialogues are much slower with macOS (see attached movie <https://cloud.ill.fr/index.php/s/LmXZM81Fu0MfIrS>) than with Linux. I think this is a known bug but is this an XQuartz or macOS issue ?
As far as I can see the problem only seems to affect the Motif components in X/Winteracter, thus not a general program slowdown. Components like graphics windows and menus aren't affected by this issue (as Winteracter doesn't rely on Motif for these). I have been told that there are already some XQuartz bug reports on this issue. Is that right ? If it is an OS fault, shall I fill a bug report for Apple ? If yes can you share your knowledge about the origine of the issue.
