Set your defaults in ~/.Xresources instead (see the xterm manpage, and `man 7 X` for general information), or if you must use command line then you want to edit the org.xquartz.X11 (if your install is old it may be org.macosforge.xquartz.X11) defaults. defaults read org.xquartz.X11 app_to_run defaults write org.xquartz.X11 -string "..." -- brandon s allbery kf8nh sine nomine associates [email protected] [email protected] unix, openafs, kerberos, infrastructure, xmonad http://sinenomine.net
