I finally upgraded to Catalina. Now, when I try to run an X11-aware emacs, I get
[4]% emacs Killed Is anyone successfully using emacs as an X client with Catalina? Has anyone encountered this and solved it? An emacs that was not built to support X11 starts up ok, but of course does not run as an X client. The X11-aware emacs is installed using MacPorts with sudo port install emacs +x11 Xcode is up to date.
