This is a MinGW32 limitation, using stdin works around the problem
I also found a bug in the y4m header validation code. Fix queued.
Indeed, because the raw YUV file with the same size worked well, I
expected it to be just a Y4M header interpretation issue; the 8K test file
was in fact quite small (for the given frame size), less than 12 GB (10
seconds of altered colorbars).
