Hi!
I have found that there was a new feature "--refine-mv-type", which can encode
the video based on previous AVC encoder. However, I don't know how to use it.
For example, I want to use x264 to encode the sequence in the first pass, and
then use the x265 to compress it in the second pass.
So, can you tell me how to use it or show me an example? It will be a big
help for me to better to understand the code. Thank you!
