This patch does the following: 1. Terminates recursion using edge information. 2. Adds modes for "--rskip". Modes 0,1 for current usage and 2 for edge based rskip for RD levels 0 to 4. 3. Adds option "edge-threshold" to decide recursion skip using CU edge density. 4.
