If you're using Linux on the client, try installing
xserver-xorg-input-kbd and add this to xorg.conf:

Section "ServerFlags"

    Option "AutoAddDevices" "false"
EndSection

Section "InputDevice"
    [...]
    Driver "kbd"

EndSection

OK... at least a work-around... I have this from many clients that with other X2go servers behave normally (it only happens with a Debian Edu ltspserver...).

Thanks a lot,

Mike
