Hi, Mike. It seems to be an interesting feature but what would be pushed when user connects from windows? Btw, I never use locale pushing, on my servers locale is set to en_US.UTF-8 via smth like /etc/environment and it suits me. But this new feature doesn't seem to break current setups, so I don't see an issue here.
