In the changelog (and the commit message):

You mean 2 or more monitors, correct? If so, the text should be changed to:
- Fix "fullscreen" mode on Windows 7 with multiple monitors.
Because literally, "several" means "more than 2," or "more than 3",
depending upon the definition.
That said, if you have 4+ monitors hooked up to your computer, awesome :)
