This does look like lxqt has started using X11 Compositing. I can’t seem to disable that.
It worked fine on lubuntu 22.04, but definitely doesn’t want to play on 24.04. Is there a build on nxagent that will support this and XInput2? But, in my Fedora and RHEL8 server systems, the screen saver was problematic (sessions hang when screensaver kicks in) I uninstalled xscreensaver and xfce4-screensaver (I use an XFCE4 environment).
