Xalan-C+-+- was originally developed on NT4, so there shouldn't be any problems. However, we haven't tested on NT recently, so I can't say for sure if it will work. I believe 1.3 _was_ tested on NT.
Xalan-C+-+- 1.3 will not work correctly on Win98, as it cannot open output files correctly. This has been fixed in the latest code. The error code you cite doesn't make sense to me. Are you sure it's 33? On Win98, you will get the following error: Error writing file: foo.out. The error code was 6. (gives error code 33, saying cannot open the outputfile) please can you tell me what i need to do in order for xalan to preform its under NT platform (i.e. installing additional programs or import a patch onto the xalan source code or changing project setting etc) Many thanks Regards KLit _________________________________________________________________ +T391KFFodANnAFkaTrpPf3UodoSW+1tQkPVO9mcNUtk- MSN Hotmail+/wyKy3n7gfM- http://www.hotmail.com +MAI-
