Well, I believe this has been answered many times, but I'll answer again:
We don't have a Xalan port for FreeBSD. If someone wants to do one, then
we'll gladly take the patches back, if they're acceptable. For a Xerces
port, you should ask on the the Xerces-C mailing list, or search the
archives:

I was wondering if there is a project for
porting xalan/xerces on freeBSD?
