we use the xalan package that is downloadable from xml.apache.org. the
xerces.jar is in front of the xalan.jar. We use JDK 1.2 on a Windows NT machine.
if you use the script that we provided and call the bat-file in a commnd window:
convert-2_2_D10 Best140200079-B.xml 3
in the directory where you unzipped the package. we can reproduce the error
each time. if a am back at the office i will send you the whole transcript
output.
