We get the useless "unknown XSLT error" in 2.2D13 on each of these problems
with <xsl:call-template name="junk">:
(namedtemplateerr03) No such template
(namedtemplateerr11) Use of AVT; could be no such template
(namedtemplateerr13) Null string
(namedtemplateerr14) Prefix and colon only
