There still is a problem. In fact, at this point, two xpath implementation files are checked into the xml-security cvs tree. This state is not in the long term best interest of either project. You can see for yourself at: http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/xml-security/src/org/apache/xpath/ Ideally, these fixes - or something that addresses the root problem - would make its way back into the xalan cvs tree. - Sam Ruby
