What are the Xalan-C 1.3 files in the distribution directory (http://xml.apache.org/dist/xalan-c)?
The web page still refers to 1.2, yet the links to download any of the distributions fail, as the 1.2 files have been moved to the archives directory. The main distribution directory only contains two 1.3 src archives. As an aside, I tried to download the xalan-C_1_3-src.zip, which is reportedly 2.2M, but only got a 153k file which won't open (invalid zip file). Also, the Xalan.dsw project file doesn't work (possibly due to incorrect new-line/linefeeds) Are the 1.3 files ready to be accessed yet?
