Yes, I really meant >= 2.0.2, but the code was only tested with 2.2.  And I
would doubt we'ed fix any bugs involving versions of the ICU prior to 2.2,
unless they were straightforward fixes.

Neither Xalan nor Xerces ships with ICU integration.  I believe any version
greater than 2.0.2 will be compatible, if you want to build from sources
and use the ICU.

Which version of ICU is being used in current releases of Xalan and Xerces?
