        Subject: [VOTE] Nomination of Gordon Chiu ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) for
committer status

Hello,

     I'd like to nominate Gordon Chiu ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) for committer
status.

     If you've been following this mailing list or the activity in
Bugzilla recently, you've likely noticed Gordon's many contributions.
These include:

o contributing patches for a number of bugs;

o providing useful comments on bugs and identifying duplicate bugs in the
bug database;

o identifying which XSLTC conformance test failures represent real bugs,
and which are due to limitations of the test framework; and

o getting smoketest to run on JDK 1.4, which resolved GUMP build failures.

     Most recently, he's championed changes to the conformance testing
framework to accommodate differences in output among different stylesheet
processors.

     I'll start off the voting with a +1.

Thanks,

Henry
