It works. But after using Apache httpd apr_xlate_conv_buffer(.....) - I must replace odd and even bytes in utf-16 buffer for use XalanSetStylesheetParamUTF function. I can't test apr_xlate_conv_buffer(.....) now on other platform and don't know what is wrong. Anyway - thanx. Now I can use not only ISO8859-1 characters for parameters using XalanCAPI.
