With a non-zero indentation amount closing element tags are indented one level too 
deep.

Due to how the new ElemContext objects are pushed/poped as elements are 
processed by the serializer, the element depth was off by one.  The end element 
tag needs to be indented at the previous depth, not the current depth.  

The patch fixes this problem.
