[XSLTC] calling sum() on 0.00 inserts a '$' in the result

Hmmm.  I wonder whether there is some problem in your environment that is 
causing this.  I tried using the version of XSLTC in Xalan-J 2.5.0, 2.5.1 and 
the latest code from CVS, and in all cases the result simply contains the 
number zero - no dollar sign.

Are you invoking XSLTC from the command-line?  If so, does the problem show up 
when you capture the output in a file?  If you're not using the command-line, 
could you attach the Java program you're using to invoke XSLTC?
