We're trying to move away from providing nodes in the stylesheet. Instead, we want to focus on providing Locators, which really contain more information. We could try to do both, but I'm worried that it would disturb lots of interfaces, and have a negative impact on performance. However, I'll keep this here as a pointer, since the whole execution path is going to have some work done on it anyway.
