Yes, we have a release plan for Xalan C++ 1.7 and I think we're pretty
close to meeting the original proposed dates (we might need a few extra
days for testing, but nothing major). See the original posting to the
xalan-j-users list back on 12/11/2003
(http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=xalan-c-users&m=107116290712766&w=2). As
far as future improvements, there is a section under the Release Notes page
of the Apache Xalan C++ (http://xml.apache.org/xalan-c/readme.html) . This
section will be updated when Xalan C++ 1.7 is posted. We're certainly open
to suggestions - both small and big work items - and extra help. You're
welcome to open enhancements requests in bugzilla and submit patches for
your ideas.

Please respond to
xalan-dev
Hi folks,
is there a schedule for the next Xalan-C releases? What are the plans
for major (and minor) improvements of Xalan-C 1.6 in the future?
Greetings,
HolgeR
