It should not have Xerces1. I've noticed that you have "C:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_04 \lib\endorsed\xmlParserAPIs.jar" in your boot class path. If I am right, it is an older version of XercesImpl. I assumed it is the one that causes this problem.
