This is the right mailing list for discussion of whether something is a bug
or not (and discussion of Xalan design generally).
For formal bug reports and tracking, we're currently using the Bugzilla
database at
http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/
So if you're sure what you've found is a bug, you should post it there to
make sure it (eventually) gets officially reviewed and acted on.
