Although 29706 is open against a problem with HTML it could well impact XML
or TEXT output.  29706 is very close to being applied to CVS.  So watch

if I have a database varchar column with a value like:

"Infectious substances, affecting humans&#13;&#10;6.2, UN2814 (discarded
blood borne pathogens)&#13;&#10;"

when I use text() on $Qy/sql/row-set/row/col I get:

"Infectious substances, affecting humans&#13;&#13;&#10;6.2, UN2814
(discarded blood borne pathogens)&#13;&#13;&#10;"

Note that there are two extra &#13; characters.

This seems to have changed behavior between 2.5.1 and 2.5.2.

Is this a bug or feature? Any suggestions on working around this?
