Changes:
assignee changed from Xalan Developers Mailing List
description changed from Creating an attribute (<xsl:attribute>) without
an element as parent causes
following error-message:
test has an illegal attribute: {1}
The problem: 'test' HAS not an illegal attribute, it IS the illegal attribute.
It's only a problem with minor priority, but the error message is misleading. A
better message could help with debugging.
