Description:
Need to address accessibility issues in our current docs. We are
lacking 'alt=' parameters in our IMG tags, therefore we don't have flyover help.
The fix is to put 'alt=' parameters in our processing stylesheets found in xml-
site-style.tar.gz.
I will supply a fix for this.
