We get transformation differences (from a SAX processing chain) when executing
the same transformation on multiple threads. The problem appears to be
associated with local variables used in parameters passed to a template. One
the parameters is defined by a nested template call. Eliminating the variable
eliminates the differences. Source to reproduce the problem to be attached.
