When we build the web docs on Unix, Xalan-C_1_10_0-docs\apiDocs\index.html has 
some broken links (including the ApacheLogo.jpg image) because there are some 
references in the build.xml file to "apidocs" and some to "apiDocs", with a 
capital "D".  The case-sensitivity problem hasn't been noticed before because 
the web documentation has been built on Windows.  However, we should be able to 
build on both platforms.
