Define XalanDOMChar as a typedef for Xerces-C's XMLCh

We should make XalanDOMChar a typedef for XMLCh, instead of trying to maintain
a separate definitions. Since we really can't build without them being
compatible, having our own definition just creates unnecessary complexity.
