Version information missing for XalanMessages_1_10.dll

If I right click on Xalan-C_1_1.dll from a Windows Explorer and select
properties I get the properties dialog.
This properties dialog contains a version tab indicating the current version of
this DLL (1.10.0.0 in this case)
However if I do the same thing with XalanMessages_1_10.dll the properties
dialog does not contain a version tab.
This version information is important if you are putting DLLs into a symbol
server for example.
