Passing a value to a top-level parameter of a stylesheet works only if the
parameter name is non-qualified.
Otherwise, xalan fails with an "invalid qname" exception.
Using the example in the binary distribution, try the following:
> UseStylesheetParam.exe prefix:name 'value'
UseStylesheetParam Error:
InvalidQNameException: The name '{0}' is not a valid QName. (, line -1, column
-1)
I did not find any API to set a parameter that takes the namespace URI of the
parameter name as an input in addition to the local name.
